Even through virtual sessions, my goal is to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, seen, and genuinely connected.

Hi there, I’m Christina
I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to finally understand themselves instead of constantly judging themselves.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I blend evidence-based therapy, emotional awareness, attachment work, and practical tools to help clients create lasting change - not just temporary insight.
I intentionally built my private practice to support real life,
not rigid systems.
My private-pay clients have access to morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions - including appointments after kids go to bed.
My approach is warm, honest, relational, and focused on helping people feel more connected to themselves and their lives again.
Therapy changed the way I understand myself, my relationships, and my life - and now I get to help others experience that too.
FAQs
I believe the connection (aka vibe) between a therapist and client matters deeply. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk, ask questions, and see if working together feels supportive and aligned for both of us. My approach tends to be a good fit for women who want both emotional support and practical tools for lasting change.
I intentionally offer morning, afternoon, evening, and limited weekend appointments to better support real life, work schedules, and motherhood.
