You can cancel your Weekly Therapy Support Membership at any time with at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date. There are no contracts, penalties, or long-term commitments. I also send a reminder email about 15 days before your next charge so there are no surprises. My goal is for therapy to feel supportive, sustainable, and pressure-free.

FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. I send out reminder texts from the day your session is booked, 2 days prior, 1 hour before and 5 minutes before to help.

Do you take insurance?

No. I am a private-pay provider. This allows for more flexibility, consistency, and personalized care without insurance limitations.

Do you use Internal Family Systems (IFS) or parts work?

Yes. I often incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work into therapy to help clients better understand different emotional patterns, protective behaviors, and inner experiences with more compassion and clarity.

How do I know which option is right for me?

If you want the deepest, most consistent progress, the weekly support membership is the most popular choice.

If you prefer flexibility, the Flexible 4-Session Support option is a great middle ground.

If you’re just getting started OR a former client who is in need of a session but don't think you will need weekly, a single support session is great!

Is messaging or texting support included between sessions?

No. Support is provided during scheduled sessions only. This helps maintain healthy boundaries and encourages skill-building between sessions.
