Frequently Asked Questions
I believe the connection (aka vibe) between a therapist and client matters deeply. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk, ask questions, and see if working together feels supportive and aligned for both of us. My approach tends to be a good fit for women who want both emotional support and practical tools for lasting change.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. I send out reminder texts from the day your session is booked, 2 days prior, 1 hour before and 5 minutes before to help.

If you're unsure where to start, we'll talk through what you're navigating and decide together which level of support feels like the best fit for this season of life. You can always increase or decrease the frequency of sessions as your needs change.

Yes! While the majority of my work is with overwhelmed women and moms, I also work with men and couples.
I support men navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressure of feeling like they always have to hold it all together.
For couples, I help partners improve communication, strengthen connection, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and better understand each other's needs and experiences.
