Many of the women I work with are doing everything they can to hold it all together.
They're caring for their families, managing schedules, carrying the mental load, supporting everyone around them, and trying to keep up with the endless demands of everyday life.
From the outside, they often appear strong, capable, and successful. On the inside, they're exhausted.
They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, overstimulated, emotionally disconnected, or like they've completely lost themselves underneath the responsibilities of motherhood.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Common struggles I help support:
Anxiety and overthinking
Emotional exhaustion and burnout
Feeling responsible for everyone else's needs
Overstimulation and nervous system overwhelm
Relationship stress and disconnection
People pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Loss of identity outside of motherhood
Difficulty slowing down or resting without guilt
Feeling stuck in survival mode
My Approach:
My approach combines modern therapy, emotional support, nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help you feel more connected to yourself and your life.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It's about creating a space where you can finally slow down, process what you're carrying, reconnect with yourself, and receive support without having to hold everything alone.
Many of my clients choose to work together long-term, returning to therapy throughout different seasons of life whenever they need additional support, guidance, or a safe place to land.
